Hartlepool Rovers are delighted to announce Lee Hoggarth as our Volunteer of the Month for May in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the club.
Lee gives up his time every Sunday morning to coach our Under 7 and Under 8 Tag Rugby teams, helping our youngest players develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game. His enthusiasm and commitment play a huge part in creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
In addition to his junior coaching role, Lee is always happy to help out with our Little Monkeys sessions whenever needed, ensuring our future Rovers get the best possible introduction to rugby.
Lee has also spent the last three years supporting the club's senior coaches, providing advice, mentorship and regularly stepping in to deliver sessions as a guest coach. His wealth of rugby knowledge and experience has been invaluable, making him a real asset to Hartlepool Rovers both on and off the field.
As a thank you for his dedication, Lee will receive a voucher kindly provided by The Hidden Tap in Seaton Carew, who proudly sponsor our Volunteer of the Month award. We would like to thank The Hidden Tap for their continued support in helping us recognise the volunteers who make our club such a special place.
Volunteers are the backbone of community clubs like Hartlepool Rovers. From coaching and mentoring to helping at events and supporting behind the scenes, their time and effort make it possible for us to provide opportunities for players of all ages.
If you'd like to get involved and help support your local rugby club, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you can spare a few hours every week or help out occasionally, there's a role for everyone. Simply drop us a message and become part of the Hartlepool Rovers family.
Congratulations, Lee, and thank you for everything you do for Hartlepool Rovers.
