Hartlepool Rovers head to Jarrovians for their final away fixture of the campaign. Rovers will be looking to build on last week’s massive home win against Blyth.
Rovers were beaten in the home fixture against Jarrovians earlier this year. It was a disappointing day for Rovers, who did not perform to their usual standards, while Jarrow played some excellent rugby and were worthy winners.
Rovers have been forced into a few changes for the trip. Ste Barnfield switches to stand-off, while James Keers makes a welcome return at outside centre. Skipper Jack Gunn also returns to his familiar inside centre position.
Nathan Harrison is rewarded for a run of strong performances with the Heughers by making his full debut. Another promising colt will also make a first-team appearance, with Ollie Dunn named on the bench after an impressive season with the colts and further strong performances for the Heughers.
