Last Friday, Hartlepool Rovers Junior Section hosted former Welsh International and British & Irish Lion, Scott Quinell

The Junior Section recently hosted a remarkable fundraising event, spearheaded by renowned Welsh and British & Irish Lion, Scott Quinnell. The evening proved to be a resounding success, with attendees thoroughly entertained by Scott's captivating anecdotes. The funds raised from the event have a clear purpose: to enhance the facilities available to the youngest players within the club. The Junior Committee is committed to maximising the existing space and fostering a sense of pride among the youngsters, ensuring they consider the New Friarage their home and Rovers their club.

The Junior Committee extends heartfelt gratitude to several individuals and organisations who played a pivotal role in making the event a triumph:

John Bickerstaff:
The evening's compère, John Bickerstaff, deserves special recognition for his wit and talent in warmly welcoming and engaging the guests. His contribution added an extra layer of enjoyment to the event.

All Aboard Catering:
All Aboard Catering went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service despite operating in what can only be described as the world's hottest kitchen. Their unwavering efforts ensured that attendees were treated to a delicious meal.

Gill Lamb & the Junior Players/Servers:

LD Electricals, TeesWorks, and Wynyard Park:
