"The Relics" are Hartlepool Rovers' very own Veterans Team. Formed in 2016/17 they played their first game away at the Redcar festival. Since then they have played against Hartlepool under their new flood lights and the against West Hartlepool Vets in front of a large crowd. Ryton festival soon followed and a 7s festival to look forward to in the summer.
Veterans rugby is growing fast and Rovers Relics offer a social and enjoyable environment for any players 35 years of age and over to pull their boots back on and enjoy some social rugby and a beer or two. All players are very welcome to join in.
